Walk a Mile in Her Shoes

Later this week, Alpha Chi Omega will be hosting an event called Walk a Mile in Her Shoes!

Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is a nationwide walk raising awareness for domestic violence prevention, and Alpha Chi is proud to bring it to the University of Washington campus and surrounding community. For this walk, men put on high heels to literally walk a mile in her shoes. This year, Walk a Mile is being held on Thursday, October 25 at 4:30pm in the UW Quad. UW Police Chief John Vinson will be a keynote speaker.

Alpha Chi Omega would like to extend an invitation to you to walk with them as they support LifeWire, a local domestic violence shelter, and domestic violence victims and survivors everywhere. Hope to see you there!
